Unexpected, dark ruby color. Smoky, deep nose with notes of blackcurrant liqueur, rum raisins and sweet spices. Medium body with a liqueur-sweet notes in taste and mature tannins. Ends with a memory of vanilla and rum. Suitable for aging.
It is our premium wine, a particular blend of Melnik 55, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Marselan and Sangiovese. We start selecting the grapes in the vineyard and we complete the winemaking perfectioning the blend at the cellar. Every vintage is different so, we adjust each variety in order to maintain a high quality wine.
