The wine has a deep dark red color with a shine. The aromatic profile is multi-layered and attractive with blueberries, ripe blackberries and red berries, complemented by tons of chocolate and bluelberry leaves, ripe blackberries and red berries. Taste is multilayered, bulky, velvety, fruity and juicy.
Philosoph is a special choice from our winery. This is a blend of our best wines from Melnik 55, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Marselan, matured in selected oak barriques for 18-24 months and not less than 6 months in bottles before they come out on the market. Only a few barricades of our wines can become Pholosoph, our wine-makers try and choose the best barriques wine for this result. From the point of view of the sense of smell, it is complex, fruity and well balanced with fine wood. Tasteful Philosoph is full, harmonious and sophisticated, with spices, tannins and velvety. By tasting Philosoph, you will be surprised by the sensations of sensitivity and touch.
